Delivery and payment

All orders are processed daily (weekdays only) between 09:00 and 15:00 and are sent via a courier company. The delivery term is according to the announced terms of the courier service – two working days from the dispatch of the order. Braumeister Brewery reserves the right to change the delivery time by informing you of this in a timely manner upon acceptance of your order.

The delivery price is calculated according to the rates of the courier companies for the country. Delivery to the office of a courier company is also available.
For orders worth BGN 80 or more for the country, delivery is free to the office of a courier company.

The ordered goods are delivered suitably packed according to their type and the used transport for delivery.
In the event of circumstances leading to a delay in the execution of the order, the customer will be notified in a timely manner on the specified contact phone number.
In the event that the customer does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address, Braumeister Brewery is released from its obligation to fulfil the requested delivery.
In case of violations in the appearance or condition of the goods, contact the courier, who is obliged to draw up a report on damage to the shipment.

At the moment, payment is made by cash on delivery – in cash to the courier upon acceptance of the order.

Complaints and returns

The customer has the right to refuse his order in the following cases:

  • The goods were received damaged;
  • The pre-agreed delivery deadline has not been met;
  • The delivered goods noticeably do not correspond to the ones ordered by the customer;
  • The price does not correspond to the one offered;
  • The product has expired.

The customer has the right to refuse his order immediately after placing it, but not after it has already been sent by courier.

Purchased goods can be returned within seven days of receiving them, if they have not been used, or unpacked, with a damaged commercial appearance and under all other conditions under Article 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection. The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the customer, except in the case of a factory defect or goods with an expired shelf life, in which they are borne by Braumeister Brewery.
In case of reported deficiencies upon receipt of the goods, the customer should notify immediately of their nature and amount.
